  1. Domestic shipping has no additional cost or fee.
  2. Once shipped, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number as well as a total value and your order number.
  3. Palmacea is not responsible for the products once they have been delivered to the logistic operator.
  4. Sales tax: we are required to collect local sales tax in Colombia.
  5. Price: you may find differences between price product at stores, our catalogue and our website. Occasionally we use different strategies and prices at our website.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Palmacea accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 20 days of the original purchase.
  2. For exchange you need to download the format and fill it out completely and send it accompany with the original receipt and the purchased merchandise.
  3. All swimwear must be returned in original packaging and condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or unused), with tags and sanitary strips in place. Palmacea reserves the right to reject goods that are not found in the previously mentioned conditions.
  4. Received the merchandise, Palmacea will confirm the availability of the product, and send it back according to the times of shipment shown above. If the product is not available Palmacea will inform by email to the client and would give a credit that would need to be used in the following 30 days.

  6. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. The cost of return shipping will be assumed by the customer.
  7. Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized Coordinadora Mercantil or Fedex facility or using any other trackable/insured shipping method.
  8. Merchandise on sale are consider FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged.
  9. We do not accept refunds. There are NO cash refunds or credit back to credit/debit cards.
