WAIST

To identify your waist-size, learn the contour of your torso from right and left. Where it bends, that is your waist. Measure around your waistline, keeping the tape secured tightly to your body.


HIPS

Stand up straight with your feet together and the legs straight. Measure around the fullest section of your hips.


RISE

Ask someone else to take this measurement. Stand with your legs and torso completely straight. Place the tape at the center of your bust, keeping the tape straight until you reach the seam of your pant.

BUST

Place the tape under your arms and across your shoulder blades, around the fullest section of your bust. Relax your arms and shoulders. Keep the tape straight and parallel. If the measurement falls on the ½ inch, round to the nearest odd number.


BAND SIZE

Measure under your arms across your back. Keep the tape toward the front, just above your bust – as shown in the image.  If the measurement falls on the ½ inch, round to the nearest odd number.
